Kosher Cop...You Have The Right To Remain Jewish!
During his tenure as a detective for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Steve Riback has faced many life-threatening situations, none of which have been so impactful as the decision to become an observant Jew. Drawing on his faith, Steve Riback continues to overcome such obstacles as ignorance, discrimination, and anti-Semitism. Ride along with Detective Riback on a powerful and moving journey as this "Kosher Cop" tells the story about Jewish life on the beat.Several messages and points are discussed throughout the presentation that include: overcoming obstacles, being a good Jew regardless of affiliation or level of observance, loving your fellow Jew, realizing you can grow in your Judaism even in difficult or extreme circumstances (i.e. working as an undercover police officer), standing up for what you believe in, and most importantly...being proud of your Judaism!
Cost: $500 for a weekday presentation
$700 for a Friday night or Saturday afternoon
$900 for a Shabbaton (includes 2 different presentations)
Discounts may be available for multiple bookings in the same area

Ages: Appropriate for all ages, primarily for teens to 120 year olds!
The motivating and inspiring presentations are each approximately 45 minutes in length, not including a question and answer period afterwards. The presentations can be done in any format that is best suited for your specific synagogue or community.
Bio
Steve Riback was born and raised in Southern California. He relocated to Las Vegas and attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas to pursue a 
teaching degree. During his studies, Steve transitioned into law enforcement, joining the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. With over 12 years on the force, his assignments have included Jail Corrections, Patrol, D.A.R.E., Undercover Vice, and currently is working as a Detective in the Quality Assurance Detail. Steve, wife Michal, and daughter Gavriella.
